SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via Australia Post from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.


Our warehouse processes and dispatches orders Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm AEST.

TRACKING

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation with tracking information. If you did not receive this email or require any further information about your delivery please contact customercare@bokumaia.com

DELIVERY TIMES

Please note that delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays. During holiday and sale periods, please allow additional time to receive your order. Shipping times can vary depending on shipping location.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

You may have the option to request Australia Post to leave the parcel in a safe place without a signature. If you provide Australia Post with an Authority to Leave, risk of loss or damage to parcels will pass onto you and we are not liable for missing, lost or stolen parcels.

ORDER NOT DELIVERED

If your order is not delivered, missing or lost, please reach out to customercare@bokumaia.com. Once the package has been declared lost by the shipping provider, we can issue you a replacement or refund.

IMPORT DUTIES + FEES

Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. For customers in the US, fees are only incurred for orders over $800 USD or more. For customers in all other countries, duties and taxes will be calculated upon arrival. We recommend checking your local customs website for prior to ordering. We do not take responsibility for any additional fees which may be applied in your receiving country.

CANCEL OR UPDATE ORDER

Our website is linked directly to our 3PL warehouse so your order is processed as soon as it is placed, therefore we are unable to cancel or update. Should you no longer want your purchase after placing your order, you will need to submit a return request via our returns portal.
